In my Graphic Design 2 class, I created a social campaign addressing New York City’s garbage crisis. Using the iconic bright green we associate with recycling, I contrasted striking imagery of real U.S. landfills with the NYC skylines we know and love to highlight the tension between the cities we love and, yet, the waste we ignore.
